Sheila Hayward

Sheila Hayward joined the Spartanburg Regional Foundation team in 2023 as the database administrator. She uses an insights-driven approach to strengthen the relationship between the Foundation and its donors and other constituents.

Sheila has vast experience in customer experience management, loyalty marketing and information technology. Her previous professional experiences include serving retail companies as a loyalty and customer relationship management consultant. She is passionate about using data to drive outcomes that benefit organizations and communities. Sheila is a Charleston, SC native and is excited to now call the Upstate her home.
