Cancer Division

About

The Spartanburg Regional Foundation is proud to support the nationally recognized Gibbs Cancer Center. Donations to the Foundation provide financial assistance for qualifying patients, fund clinical innovations, and support technology upgrades and capital improvements.  In March 2020, the expanded Gibbs Cancer Center at Pelham, an advanced seven-story facility, began serving patients. The expansion will transform cancer care in the Upstate for generations to come. With support from a broad base of donors, the Foundation committed $16 million to the project.

A board of community volunteers provides guidance and support for the Foundation’s cancer division. These leaders bring a wealth of talent and dedication, and their combined expertise and experience encompasses business, philanthropy and health care. We are grateful for their many contributions.
