Polly Edwards-Padgett

Polly Edwards Padgett has been a part of the healthcare system since 2020. Polly joined the team after 20 years of professional experience in the field of teen pregnancy prevention across the state of South Carolina. She has served in various leadership roles throughout the non-profit sector. For the past seven years, Polly has served as
the Project Director for Connect, a federally funded 36-partner collaborative, which demonstrated success in reducing teen pregnancy and promoting the overall health and well-being of adolescents. Since relocating to Spartanburg in 2015, she has leveraged and managed millions in federal and private dollars. 
 
In 2023, she became the first Senior Director of Strategic Philanthropy to launch a new innovative approach to defining how Spartanburg Regional Foundation supports grant writing and grantmaking aligned to the priorities of the healthcare system. 
 
When she is not working, Polly and her partner Josh are enjoying raising their two daughters. They enjoy spending as much time as possible in the mountains of North Carolina.
