Nationally Recognized Cancer Care

The Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute is a nationally recognized cancer treatment program whose multidisciplinary teams of experts focus exclusively on cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Research-based treatment plans are reviewed by a team of physicians from various disciplines and include support staff, including a dietitian, genetic counselor and patient navigators. In 2013, Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System opened a state-of-the-art facility offering radiation and medical oncology at Pelham Medical Center in Greer. This new facility gives patients in the Upstate the same care as that in Spartanburg.

The Spartanburg Regional Foundation supports many community cancer programs. For more information about the Cancer Division of the Regional Foundation, call the Foundation at 864-560-6727.
